Overview
Send a notetaker bot to any Google Meet, Teams or Zoom call. Get the recording, transcript and Minutes of Meeting by email.
INOM MOM Bot sends an AI notetaker to your online meetings so you can focus on the conversation instead of typing notes. Start a call on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, paste the link into the extension, and a bot joins the meeting, records it, and turns it into a clean, shareable Minutes of Meeting — delivered to your inbox automatically. How it works: 1. Sign in to your INOM MOM account from the toolbar popup. 2. Paste the meeting link — the platform (Meet, Teams or Zoom) is detected for you. 3. Add a title and any recipients who should receive the minutes. 4. Send the bot. It asks to join your call; admit it like any guest. 5. After the meeting, everyone you listed gets the recording link, full transcript and the Minutes of Meeting by email. A live status view keeps you updated while the bot joins, records and transcribes, so you always know where things stand. Why teams use it: - No more manual note-taking or "who's writing this down?" - Consistent, professional minutes after every meeting. - Share with people who couldn't attend, automatically. - Works across Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Note: INOM MOM Bot connects to your own INOM MOM account at mom.inomerp.in. An active account is required to send bots and receive minutes. INOM MOM Bot is a product of InomERP Pvt Ltd.
