Overview
Capture selections and submit review comments into chat inputs via a side panel.
✏️ Review AI Answers Without the Scroll Gymnastics Ever get a long AI-generated response, realize you want to tweak a few things… and then spend the next five minutes scrolling up and down trying to remember what you meant? This extension fixes that. Redline Panel gives you a side-by-side review space so you can mark up AI-generated text like a document, not a chat log. ⸻ 🧠 How it works 1. Highlight text anywhere on the page (ChatGPT, docs, websites, drafts). 2. Add feedback in a persistent side panel. 3. Repeat as needed—no scrolling back and forth. 4. Click Submit and your feedback is compiled into a clean set of instructions. 5. Paste it back into the chat and let the AI revise. No auto-sending. No magic rewriting. You stay in control. ⸻ ✅ What it’s great for • Reviewing long AI answers • Giving precise revision instructions • Editing prompts, specs, contracts, or drafts • Working with AI instead of fighting the chat UI ⸻ 🚫 What it doesn’t do (on purpose) • No automatic edits • No backend or accounts • No data leaving your browser • No “AI rewriting your AI” This is a human-in-the-loop tool, not another black box. ⸻ 🔒 Privacy-first by design All notes are stored locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. If it can’t insert text automatically, it simply copies it to your clipboard—no surprises. ⸻ ✨ Why you’ll like it Because reviewing text should feel like reviewing a document… not wrestling a scroll bar.
