Great Suspender question

When I use this to reload all tabs, it "UNSUSPENDS" tabs that are frozen by "Great Suspender," (which consequently freezes up all of my RAM, as I keep many tabs open, but "suspended".

In short: Is it possible to use this to reload suspended tabs, but *without* unfreezing them?...

Does Reload Tabs access, see, collect, store, or share my info?

Does reload tabs collect personal info? Do you share anything with 3rd parties? If you collect personal info, what is it, and how do you secure it? Can I prevent you from sharing it? Will you sell my email to anyone? What is the privacy policy?
