Hi I found this is a really helpful plugin, But recently I found that this plugin is about to be removed from Google. What is going on?

While the extension is good, what they don't tell you anywhere easily accessible is only 10 profiles are free to examine with this extension. While charging for a service is great, nothing wrong with that, what I don't like is not disclosing limitations... Disappointed by this.

I wish my review was five stars, but I have a problem. The extension appears to me with limited data only once to search, and after that it gives me only a blank white page and not in its usual form with the lock icon on the far right of the page saying Unlock extended data first! Is there any help for re-review, thank you.

it doesn't work anymore like the way it used to be, it's showing i need to log in etc.. why? as far as i remember there are 10 free pass to check in a day.. now need to connect with microsoft account and it doesn't work at all!!

We apologize for the login issues you're experiencing. Please ensure that when using the Chrome plugin, your cookie settings are configured to either "Allow all cookies" or "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" mode.

Trying to sign up and add my profile and it is not working - it's showing SOMEONE ELSE'S profile. I'm on my own FB page, it shows all my posts, but when I click on the Upfluence button it connects some carpenter's page. No way to undo it, although it will let me edit all the info. Totally not right (nor does it seem legit that I can fill in my own stat info.)

I apologize for the inconvenience. In regards to the issue you are having we no longer support Facebook and this might be why you are getting this issue. Our Chrome plugin only supports the following social media Tiktok, IG, Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, Blogs, Pinterest.
