Your agency administrator gives you access. 2. Open the side panel and pick a submission from your agency's list. 3. Go to the carrier's quote form and click Fill. 4. Portal Filler matches each field on the page to the right value and fills it in. It also handles multi-step forms, fields that appear only after an earlier answer, dropdowns, date pickers and forms inside frames. LEARNS EACH PORTAL ONCE The first time a portal is used, your agency records its layout. After that, everyone on your team fills that portal in seconds, with the same reliable result every time. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Portal Filler never submits a form. It fills the fields and stops, so you can review everything before you click Submit yourself. • It runs only when you click Fill or Capture. It does nothing in the background and never touches pages you haven't acted on. • Admins decide which portal recordings are published to the team.
