NET Support Assistant giúp khách hàng và kỹ thuật viên iNET chẩn đoán nhanh sự cố website chỉ với 1 chạm: Kiểm tra SSL (hạn, sai hostname, tự ký, thiếu chứng chỉ trung gian), DNS đa nguồn (phát hiện "chưa lan truyền" vs "trỏ sai"), HTTP status/redirect, HTTP/2-3, mixed content, cookie bị chặn, service worker. Tự phát hiện lỗi bằng tiếng Việt dễ hiểu và gợi ý cách khắc phục. Đo IP/nhà mạng của khách, độ trễ tới website, Core Web Vitals. Kiểm tra cấu hình email (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC), dấu hiệu mã lạ, và các vấn đề WordPress thường gặp. Xuất báo cáo (HTML/JSON/HAR/console/ảnh màn hình) và gửi ticket hỗ trợ kèm bằng chứng. Chỉ thu thập dữ liệu khi bạn chủ động bấm kiểm tra/gửi ticket, và chỉ trên đúng trang bạn đang xem.
