Bimafy Dealer Device Insurance Activator is a device insurance activator for Bimafy's B2B electronics retailers, including shops that sell mobile phones, laptops and other eligible devices. Authorized dealers generate insurance for their customers from invoice screenshots or selected invoice images, then manage those records in their dealer workspace. FOR BIMAFY B2B DEALERS ONLY Bimafy shares the extension's installation link with its dealers. Install it from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your existing Bimafy dealer account. Active dealer access is required; this is not a consumer self-service insurance app. Installing it does not create an account or grant dealer permissions. Supported device types, insurance availability, pricing, consent and eligibility depend on your assigned Bimafy channel and plan. CAPTURE AN INVOICE Open a completed invoice in your ERP, POS or CRM. Choose the appropriate shop/channel, insurance plan and salesperson, then click “Capture this page for insurance creation.” You can also choose a JPG, PNG or WEBP invoice image from your computer. AI-ASSISTED INVOICE PROCESSING Your selected invoice image and source page URL are sent to Bimafy. Google Gemini reads invoice fields for the requested insurance workflow; Bimafy stores invoice images using Amazon Web Services S3. The image can contain customer names, phone numbers, device identifiers and prices. Submit only invoices you are authorized to share, and avoid pages containing unrelated sensitive information. FOLLOW PROGRESS AND REVIEW DETAILS Processing continues on Bimafy's server after upload, even if you close the popup. Open “View More” to track captures, correct missing or inaccurate fields and retry the original capture where available. Review AI-extracted details carefully. YOUR DEALER WORKSPACE View enrollments, invoice references, attached purchase receipts and shop-commission summaries available to your dealer account. Filter enrollment records by date and open individual enrollment details. DESIGNED FOR DEALER WORKFLOWS • Choose the dealer channel, plan and salesperson for each sale. • Capture a full invoice page or its main scrolling invoice pane where supported. • Submit local JPG, PNG and WEBP invoice images up to 10 MB. • Track processing and resolve invoices marked “Needs review.” • Reduce repeat submissions with local tracking and server-side duplicate checks. • Support ERP/POS systems that reuse one URL for multiple invoices through the explicit same-URL option. PRIVACY AND ACCESS Capture starts only when you request it. This extension does not continuously monitor your browsing history. It stores a revocable Bimafy session token locally, not your password. Access to dealer records is checked by Bimafy's server. Removing the extension clears its local storage, but does not delete insurance or audit records held by Bimafy. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS Use a standalone invoice/print page for unsupported embedded frames, complex PDF viewers or virtualized invoice tables. Local-file capture may require Chrome's “Allow access to file URLs” setting. Multi-device invoices may require individual enrollment through the existing dealer portal. Capturing an invoice is not a guarantee of insurance coverage; Bimafy's existing plan, validation and customer-consent rules apply.
