Indexlane Browser Companion
Overview
Collect Google indexing evidence and work through reviewed indexing requests from a persistent Chrome sidebar.
Keep your website's Google indexing work moving from a persistent Chrome sidebar. Indexlane connects your owned Search Console properties to separate website workspaces. Each website keeps its own discovered URLs, Google evidence, request history and check schedule. The companion works with your signed-in Indexlane tab and your existing Search Console session. • Collect dated Google indexing evidence in bounded background batches. Read-only coverage has separate controls from indexing requests. • See what is indexed, not indexed or still unknown, with observation dates and technical context. • Ask Indexlane AI tools to queue, start or pause a reviewed website queue after explicitly authorizing the companion. A local Pause revokes agent-start permission. • Work through a reviewed request queue one URL at a time. The companion checks the selected property, the actual inspected URL, Google's current result and live eligibility before using Request indexing. • Skip indexed pages and hold pages that already show an indexing request. A new accepted request is saved only after Google's visible confirmation. • Keep request work enabled while waiting for a recorded quota hold. Sign-in challenges and uncertain results pause requests for review. • Preserve a locally observed outcome if reporting is interrupted. Retrying a saved receipt does not repeat the Google request. An Indexlane account, a website you own or manage, and a signed-in Search Console session are required. Keep Chrome and your signed-in Indexlane tab available for browser work. Hosted monitoring remains a staggered fallback while Chrome is closed; it does not submit browser indexing requests. Google decides whether and when to index a page. Request acceptance is separate from indexing, and Indexlane does not guarantee indexing or ranking. The ordinary URL Inspection API is used for read-only evidence, not for regular-page indexing submissions. Google passwords and session cookies stay in Chrome. The extension uses narrow Indexlane and Search Console host access and does not use remotely hosted executable code. See the privacy policy for the specific data stored locally and sent to Indexlane.
