Language is detected automatically. **Reply in English, send in their language.** Write your answer in English, pick the buyer's language, and InboxLingo localizes it and copies it to your clipboard — ready to paste into your reply. Product names, order numbers and tracking links are left untouched. **Canned replies that actually fit.** Ships with 10 professional templates for shipping, returns, complaints and thank-yous. Add your own, and use variables like `{{buyer_name}}`, `{{order_id}}`, `{{tracking_number}}` and `{{shop_name}}` so every reply is personal without retyping. **Built for support tone.** Translations are instructed to keep your register — polite stays polite, firm stays firm — and to preserve your `{{variables}}` so a localized reply can still be filled with order data. **Your key, your data.** InboxLingo uses your own Anthropic API key. There is no account and no server: your key, snippets and settings stay in your browser, and message text is sent only to Anthropic when you translate.
