InboxGuard

Overview
Analyze and improve Gmail drafts in English and Arabic before sending.
InboxGuard is an email-writing assistant that works directly inside Gmail’s Compose window. Write a simple prompt describing the email you need, and InboxGuard creates a clear, professional email with an organized subject, natural greeting, readable paragraphs, and appropriate closing. You can also analyze an existing draft to identify potential email-quality and deliverability risks. Features include: - Generate complete emails from simple prompts - Improve grammar, clarity, tone, and structure - Analyze subjects, content, links, capitalization, and punctuation - Detect potentially spam-like phrases - Display an Estimated Inbox Score - Support English and Arabic - Insert generated content directly into Gmail - Allow users to review every change before sending - Never send emails automatically InboxGuard helps you write cleaner, more natural, and professional emails. However, inbox placement also depends on sender authentication, reputation, recipient behavior, and the receiving email provider. The Estimated Inbox Score is a risk indicator, not a delivery guarantee.
