Adds functionality to iNaturalist

Adds functionality to iNaturalist (https://www.inaturalist.org). Current features: * Adds color-coded computer vision scores to observation and upload pages. * Shows the count of your observations of a taxon on the taxon's page. * Adds button to observation & identify pages to easily copy geocoordinates. Also fixes pasting of coordinates into the observation upload map modal. * Adds identifier stats to observation pages.

I've been using this extension for several months and am quite pleased. The color bars on the species suggestions are straight-forward--red (lowest score) to green (highest). However, I'm confused by the colors that are associated with the genus suggestions at the top of the list. There are blues and purples and I don't know what they mean. Thanks for the good tools and any insights you can give me on the genus color bars.

Thanks for the kind words, Elliott. The strange colors were caused by a bug in the iNaturalist API: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/chrome-extension-showing-computer-vision-confidence/35171/47?u=sessilefielder. The bug has since been fixed: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/chrome-extension-showing-computer-vision-confidence/35171/52?u=sessilefielder. The colors should now again be within the expected spectrum; please let me know if you notice anything awry!
