Overview

Measures circadian stimulus (CS) from screen content with per-tab exposure tracking and color temperature analysis.

VisionCircadian 1.1.0 tracks how stimulating your screen light is for your body clock. It measures the Circadian Stimulus (CS) of whatever webpage you're on — factoring in the colors on screen, how long you've been on that tab, and the time of day. The score updates live and is shown as a badge on the extension icon. - Green (low) — minimal effect on your sleep cycle - Yellow (moderate) — some alerting effect - Red (high) — strong melatonin suppression; consider dimming or a warmer screen tone The popup also shows color temperature (warm vs. cool light), raw melanopic light level (CLA), and tab exposure time — each with a hover tooltip explaining what it means. Each tab keeps its own history until you close it.
