Long voice message? Handled. Two minutes of talk, turned into actions and one-tap answers. Click In a Word in the toolbar and it's listening, in a small panel at the top right of the page. Talk it through the way you'd leave a voice message, then click Done. No account needed. Whoever you send it to sees the point first, answers in a tap, and can read or hear the whole thing. • Done copies the link, and you see the message as they will, ready to send in any app. • A mic also sits on the message box in popular email and chat sites. In an email, a card goes in that says it in a word, with any questions as one-tap answers. In a chat, the link goes in and its preview shows it in a word. • Press Alt+Shift+Space on any tab. Switch on Every site and the mic is in any text box, and your recording follows you from tab to tab. • When someone sends you an In a Word link, it opens up right where you read it, with one-tap answers. (You can switch this off.) • Sign in to know the moment they answer. Everything you've sent comes with you, on the web and in the iPhone app. Talk for two minutes. They know what to do in three seconds. Your microphone is used only after you click In a Word, click the mic or press the shortcut, and only until you click Done. In a Word looks at the links in what you're reading for In a Word ones, and puts your message into the box you're writing in. With the recording it sends your time zone and the names in an email's To field, so the write-up gets the day and the people right; nothing else on the page is sent to us.
