IMSAI Assistance is the official Chrome extension for Integrity Med Solutions (IMSAI) — the AI-powered clinical documentation platform trusted by healthcare providers to save 2+ hours of documentation time every day. The extension runs directly inside your EMR and turns your browser into a fully-featured AI scribe station. No copy-pasting, no switching windows — everything happens inside your patient chart. Currently supported EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW) Coming soon: Athena Health, Epic, Cerner, and more. ────────────────────────────────────── WHAT IT DOES ────────────────────────────────────── 🎙 AI MEDICAL SCRIBE Record clinical encounters from a floating widget that lives on every ECW page. Start, pause, resume, and stop recordings without leaving the patient chart. Audio is securely transcribed and processed by the IMSAI AI engine to produce structured SOAP notes. 📋 AUTO PATIENT DETECTION Open any patient chart in eClinicalWorks and the extension automatically surfaces the patient's demographics, active problems (with ICD codes), medications, allergies, vitals, and assessment notes — no manual entry required. ✦ ONE-CLICK EMR INJECTION Generated notes are inserted directly into ECW with purpose-built buttons: • "Insert HPI" — appends the AI-generated HPI to the ECW history of present illness field • "Insert Plan" — maps each plan entry to the correct ICD assessment tab and appends treatment notes 🛡 WRONG-CHART PROTECTION Notes can only ever land in the chart they were written for. The insert buttons appear only when the patient chart open in ECW matches the patient you are scribing, every insert is re-verified at the moment you click it, and a clear warning appears if you navigate to a different patient while a session is still open. 📑 PERSISTENT SIDE PANEL A clean side panel opens next to your EMR — manage your active scribe session, view past SOAP notes, browse full patient chart history, and configure preferences without ever leaving ECW. 🎯 ONE PATIENT AT A TIME The extension deliberately keeps a single active scribe session, so there is never any ambiguity about which patient you are recording. Recordings and uploads always stay tied to the patient they were captured for, even if the session changes mid-upload. 🕓 HISTORY & REPROCESS Browse all past SOAP processes, copy HPI or plan entries, and reprocess any note with updated chart data at any time. 📥 DOCUMENT INBOX Fetch and sync clinical documents by category — Lab, Radiology, Clinical, and RPM — with live counts of what is available and what is ready to sync. You only ever see the document categories your account is permitted to work with. 💬 TELEPHONE ENCOUNTERS Draft and send responses to telephone encounters from the Messaging tab, with the encounter's patient context detected automatically, plus a full history of processed encounters. ────────────────────────────────────── SECURITY & COMPLIANCE ────────────────────────────────────── IMSAI is built for healthcare and independently audited: • SOC 2 Type 2 — controls relevant to Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, examined by an independent licensed CPA firm • HIPAA compliant, with signed Business Associate Agreements in place with our cloud infrastructure provider and every AI vendor that may process healthcare data • TLS 1.3 encryption for everything in transit, AES-256 for everything at rest • Each organization runs on its own dedicated, isolated environment — PHI is never on shared infrastructure • All PHI automatically and permanently deleted 3 days after creation; manual deletions purged within 24 hours • Zero PHI used for AI model training — ever.
