If you turn it on, your memories and prompts back up to your ConvoFlow account so they sync across your devices and survive a reinstall — isolated to your account, so only you can access them. Turn sync off, and delete the cloud copy, anytime. • No account required: you can use ConvoFlow fully with "Continue without account."
