IMPACT Companion

Connect your IMPACT lead workflow to your phone: contact details, navigation, call registration and call results.

IMPACT Companion is in beta. It is a private tool for an invited team, and it is still being improved. Screens, buttons, and behavior can change from one version to the next. It is not an official IMPACT product, and it is not affiliated with IMPACT, AIL, or Globe Life. The name only describes the lead system the team already uses on a computer. You cannot join on your own. An administrator sends an invitation. You open that invitation, choose a password, and enter your first name. Until that account is approved, the phone workspace and the computer extension will not connect. The store listing is unlisted, so only people who receive the link can install it. The extension stays on the computer, in the browser, with the lead system open. The phone is a calm workspace for the call itself. Both devices sign in with the same account, and they can be on different networks. Current lead. The phone shows the person you are about to call: name, phone numbers, address, request type, and recent activity. You place the call from the phone. After the call you can record no answer, a refused appointment, or a virtual appointment with a day and time. You can move to the next or previous lead, or turn on Best next so the phone suggests someone you have not already worked. A swipe can send those results. While the call is in progress, a script can open over the lead, with your name and the customer’s name filled in. Quiet hours and do-not-knock warnings can appear before you dial. Your Day. A short, live summary of the day so far: calls, results, and how appointments turned out. Calendar. A month view of appointments and callbacks, the selected day, and the next 14 days. After an appointment you can mark it held, a no-show, or rescheduled, and record APL and referrals. Calendar entries belong to your account and are removed automatically 30 days after the scheduled date. Statistics. Your own activity by day, week, month, or year. Charts can show calls, results, appointments, APL, and referrals, including a comparison with the previous period. Alongside. A quiet look at the team, side by side, for today, this week, this month, this year, or all time. It shows calls, appointments scheduled, appointments held, APL, referrals, and no-shows. Only totals are shared. Customer names, phone numbers, and notes stay off that page. You can turn off Appear on Alongside if you do not want your totals included. Home and Settings. Home greets you by name and opens each of these pages. Settings saves your first name, background, dark mode, text size, and the calling options above. Changes stay on that phone. The computer extension reads the open lead and carries out the actions you take on the phone. It does not replace the lead system, and it does not run unless you are signed in with an invited account. Because this is a beta, please tell your administrator if something on the phone or the extension does not behave the way you expect.
