Birthday Calendar Exporter for Facebook

This does work! I tried the scan, it said failed. Then I went to calander genorator, Generate and download. Clicked the download link and uploaded it to my iCal. Success.

Worked great and quickly for me and was a great way to export birthdays, especially after facebook removed the direct export option. For other non english native speakers you may have to change your language on facebook to english when it is scanning, at least i had to do so for it to get a prober read, but you can always go back afterwards. Eitherway would reccomend and good job to the developer.

Error each time I tried.

Failed all 3 times but I'll give you two stars for effort. In the 'Scan Birthdays' popup -> 'Getting Facebook page content' -> ERROR: 'Script failed to scan birthdays. Error message: ...(code)...'. I have Windows 10, Google Chrome. Tested on 3/17/2024. (I don't want to list the error code here, maybe it contains my password or other personal info). Would be great if it worked. 1,200 friends surely not too many to process. Is it working for anyone? Most reviews seem rather old.

Had a couple odd errors but it still works! Also, pay attention to what calendar you import to so you don't have to delete them all and reimport. If this happens to you in iCal you can search for the 🎂 emoji and select all to delete the events. Might take a couple rounds. Now I have a Facebook Birthdays specific calendar.
