Img Downloader brings image discovery, captions, filenames and local resizing into a compact Chrome sidebar or toolbar popup. Completely free, with no account, subscriptions or ads. FIND THE IMAGES YOU NEED • Extract images from the current page, including supported responsive images, backgrounds and lazy-loaded content. • Scroll and extract for 8 seconds by default, with an adjustable duration of up to 20 seconds. • Search filenames, existing page captions and URLs; filter by format and dimensions. • Show the largest available version of recognized image groups, while keeping other sizes available to select or download. • Browse a 3–6-column grid and switch between images in the preview. ORGANIZE AND SAVE • Download selected images as one ZIP, with custom filenames and folders grouped by category or format. • Download a specific original size directly. • Resize or center-crop locally and save as PNG, JPEG or WebP. • Export selected image metadata as JSON or CSV. ON YOUR DEVICE The interface follows Chrome's language across 14 supported locales. Scanning starts only when you request it. Settings stay locally on your device; there are no analytics or uploads to a developer server. Image previews and downloads contact the original image hosts. Keep the extension view open during processing. ZIP archives are limited to 512 MiB. Extraction depends on content available on the page; captions are taken from existing page text, not generated. Preview and conversion support depend on Chrome. Resizing animations produces static images. Chrome internal pages and the Chrome Web Store cannot be scanned, and some sites may restrict downloads. Only download content you have permission to use.
