Convert Images to a Square or Circle PNG with custom dimensions

Will open an image file and allow the user to graphically choose a square or circle within the image, which can then be converted to a PNG image. The length of the square, or the diameter of the circle (in pixels) can be specified for the output PNG image. On conversion the image will be saved to the default downloads folder with the name of the original image, with the shape name (square or circle) and the new size appended. The resulting PNG, which will have square dimensions, and if a circle, will be transparent outside of the circle, could have various uses. Two companion Chrome extensions are "Convert PNG files to ICO format" & "Convert PNG files to ICNS format", each of which will take a square sized PNG image and convert it in an ICO or ICNS image file respectively, which can then be used as an icon in Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOS respectively. This extension is free of fees and adverts, and user data is not collected or processed.
