Image Range Downloader is an image download extension designed to help you efficiently collect and save images from web pages. In addition to range selection downloads, it can also bulk-download images on a page using modifier keys plus any trigger key of your choice. It can target not only standard img elements, but also images used in CSS background-image. Main features: ◆ Range Selection Download Hold modifier keys and drag with the left mouse button to select a range and download the images within that area at once. ◆ Bulk Download All Images on a Page Use modifier keys plus any trigger key to bulk-download the images on the current page. Because it can be triggered by any key, it also works well with Munus Gesture’s key sending mode, making mouse-only bulk downloading possible. ◆ Download Mode Switching In addition to the normal mode, it also provides a “Careful” mode that re-collects images before downloading, and an “Almost sure” mode that automatically scrolls to the bottom of the page before collecting images. “Almost sure” works by showing the page step by step until it reaches the bottom, then collecting the images afterward. This makes it useful for pages with heavy lazy loading or pages where more images appear as you scroll. You can abort it with the Esc key while it is running. ◆ Background Image Support In addition to normal image tags, images set via CSS background-image can also be included in the download targets. ◆ Download Target Size Filtering You can specify a minimum width and height to exclude small images. For background images, you can also choose whether images with unknown size should be downloaded. ◆ Filename Customization In addition to keeping the original filename, it supports date/time-based filenames and custom filenames with sequential numbering. ◆ Download Folder Options In addition to the default save location, it supports automatic folder creation by domain and custom folder selection. ◆ Customizable Settings You can configure modifier keys for range selection, selection box appearance, target highlighting, download modes, filenames, save folders, and more. This extension is suitable for users who want to save images from web pages in bulk or efficiently collect only the images they need.
