Image Cropper
Overview
Choose a ratio or exact pixels. Image Cropper saves each square crop as JPG, PNG or WebP and each circle crop as PNG.
Image Cropper is a small workspace tab for cropping JPG, PNG and WebP pictures without a desktop suite. Drop in one photo or a whole batch of frames, set the size you need, and take finished files the moment the frame looks right. Image Cropper keeps the sequence short: choose the output size, adjust the frame, and download the result. How a crop run works 1. Click the toolbar icon. The workspace opens with a drop zone and two example pictures. 2. Drop one or more JPG, PNG or WebP files, or pick them from disk. 3. Choose a place preset such as Avatar 400 × 400, a ratio preset like 1:1 or 16:9, a circle crop, or type exact width and height in pixels. 4. Move and resize the frame with the mouse or the keyboard; rotate or flip the picture if it needs it. 5. Press Download for the current frame, or Download all to save every loaded picture as a ZIP archive. What this image cropper does 1️⃣ It keeps ratio presets ready for posts, covers, banners, stories and avatars. 2️⃣ It cuts a circle crop and saves it as a PNG with transparent corners. 3️⃣ It takes pixel sizes literally: type width and height from 16 to 8192 per side. 4️⃣ It converts the result to JPG, PNG or WebP, using a fixed quality setting for JPG and WebP. ➤ Load several files at once and give them one shared size and format. ➤ Adjust each picture in the thumbnail strip without reloading anything. ➤ Pin the toolbar icon so the workspace is one click away. ➤ See the output size before you save, then download with one click. - One input file can weigh up to 25 MiB. - Each saved picture is its own file, with a name you already know. - The tab keeps the chosen ratio and format for the open editing session. - Changing the preset resets the frames, so a square crop is never cut twice by accident. 📌 Who reaches for this tab 💡 Anyone who must turn phone shots into a square crop for a profile page. 💡 A seller who needs the same banner in three sizes before noon. 💡 A student who has to cut screenshots to exact pixels for a report. The panel names places, ratios and formats in one row: Avatar 400 × 400, Post 1080 × 1350, Story 1080 × 1920, Cover 1280 × 720 and Banner 1584 × 396 sit next to 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, 16:9, 2:3 and the circle mask. Pick a place and the pixel size follows; pick a ratio instead and the frame keeps its shape while you move it. Rotate and flip sit under More tools, next to the width and height fields. The width and height fields accept anything from 16 to 8192 pixels per side and refuse empty, negative or oversized numbers before they touch the frame, so a badge slot, a thumbnail row or an ad slot gets exactly the canvas it asked for. Type the size once and the whole batch follows. For a batch, choose the shared size and format first, then fine-tune each frame in the strip. This image cropper resets the crop frames when the preset changes, so a square crop is never cut twice by accident. More files can join while you work; nothing reloads and no frame is lost. The thumbnail strip shows every loaded picture at a glance, and the active one carries a bright border. Zoom follows the percentage readout next to the frame tools, and the reset button brings the picture back to its fitted size. A picture that does not fit the batch can leave the strip without touching the others. This image cropper keeps circle crop mode for avatars and round masks: the preview shows the round edge, and the saved file is a PNG with transparent corners. For JPG and WebP, the encoder uses a fixed quality value of 82. Drop a picture, set the frame, and take the file: each finished image lands straight in your downloads folder under a name you already know, at the size and format you picked. A file that fails to read or convert is named in the alert at the bottom, so nothing fails in silence. Two demo pictures, Ceramic.png and Dunes.jpg, sit under the drop zone. Monday morning with a stack of pictures is the usual moment. You do not need a publishing suite for it; you need one drop, one frame, and a way to take the file. That is the job of this image cropper, and it fits next to the mail you were already writing. The icon sits in the toolbar, the controls share one panel, and every square crop lands on disk as its own named file. Open the tab, drop the picture, pick the format, download. Image Cropper stays small on purpose so picture work does not become a second career.
