Overview

Salesforce case automation: create from a saved subject template, then auto-run owner, status Completed and final contact.

AutoCase turns a repetitive Salesforce chore into one click. Creating a support case by hand means filling the same form again, then reassigning the owner, then setting the status, then correcting the contact — four steps, every time, for cases that are nearly identical. AutoCase does all four from a small panel that sits on top of the Case-create page. HOW IT WORKS Create one case by hand, as you always have. AutoCase notices and saves it as a template. From then on, pick that template and a contact, press one button, and it recreates the case and finishes it: owner, status Completed, final contact. Nothing is set up in advance beyond one setting — the Salesforce User Id of the person cases should be assigned to. WHAT IT DOES • One-click case creation from any template you have saved • Finishes your manual saves too — fill the Salesforce form yourself, and the owner, status and contact are applied on save • Batch creation: one template across many contacts, or many near-identical cases that differ by a single word, in one run • Live contact search, using the same lookup the Salesforce form uses • A dashboard with your templates, a run log, and a "Failed cases" view showing any case that did not finish, with a link straight to it • Every batch confirms before it starts and can be stopped between cases • Light and dark themes WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It never fills, clicks or blocks the Salesforce form. Manual case creation works exactly as before, side by side. • It only ever writes three fields — Owner, Status and Contact — and only on Case records. This is enforced in code, not by convention. • With nothing selected in the panel, your manual saves are left completely alone. PRIVACY Everything stays on your machine. There is no server, no account, no analytics, and no data ever leaves your browser except to your own Salesforce org. Contacts are not stored. The contact fields search Salesforce live, and results exist only while the dropdown is open. Your Salesforce session token is never written to disk.
