Not tracking emails, not syncing emails to AC and Saved responses not working

Several team members are experiencing an assortment of issues. Mostly the emails do not sync to Active Campaign, secondly the tracking feature does not seem to work and lastly the saved responses are not available for all team members. All intermittent problems. Some features work for some users, others do not.

The extension shows as a skinny bar rather than the full view. Because of the skinny bar, can't log in or use the extension at all.

Not Tracking

I noticed several others are experiencing the same issue with emails not tracking. It's happening for myself as well. Please advise!!

Does not track e-mails from gmail

Good afternoon, the extension no longer tracks in Google Chrome, I followed all the instructions on your help page and it still doesn't work, how can I fix this?

Pixel tracking image not being added to tracked emails since lastest update

Your latest update has broken tracking. On tracked emails the extension is no longer adding the pixel image. Checked source html on received test emails from work to personal emails and the tracking code isn't being added. Tested from multiple sales people on the team to multiple personal emails. This was working fine until the latest update. AC support just keeps telling us to uninstall and reinstall it. Clearly latest update has broken it. Please fix.

Saved Responses

Saved Responses worked previously, but now with the new plugin they are not working - they show but I can't click them to insert them into the email body. We've just rolled this out to our team as well, so this is very inconvenient. please fix!

My review of AC chrome plugin

Only a small percentage of emails that I send from my gmail account I want to sync. For example, I don't want my personal emails and emails to suppliers and co-workers to be sync'd into AC. There should be a prompt to 'sync this email with AC'. Sync'd emails should also be added to a list. As it works now, they just get sync'd without a list associated to the contact, so all my sales agents see the contacts. Unusable in my environment.

Extension not loading...

During the last few weeks, the Gmail chrome extension seems to never load. Has something happened to the extension or GMail been updated so that it's not working properly now?

Auto-connect gmail messages to contact records?

Is there a way to automatically connect gmail messages to the relevant contact inside of active campaign using this plugin? (Or some other way?)
