only downloads 100 even after I paid for the pro version , and there's no place for refunds

Doesn't send me any email confirmation, despite numerous attempts, clearing cookies, etc. So I'm sorry to say I couldn't use it once.

So was excited to see I could download my reviews, except I have 9,000 reviews on my listing and it would only see 900 and would only let me download 900, so disappointed it didn't completely work for me.

This is a great app. I've been using it for almost a year. But suddenly it doesn't work anymore. It's been more than a week now and it still doesn't work. I hope you can help me to fix the problem. Thank you

Great extension but only while you on the trial. After subscription and payment it doesn't work (Start Process button disabled). Contacted developer the very same day but haven't heard back since then. Cancelled subscription and contacted Stripe requesting the refund.

The free trial worked great. I opted to sign up and paid my monthly fee and now it does not work. There is no real help, I emailed the contact and have heard nothing. I'd like to get my money back or be able to use the month for which I paid but it seems I've been swindled

Works but requires a subscription and - as apparent here - there's no option to easily unsubscribe. Do not download and definitely not subscribe. Google should remove this from the Chrome store - it's a violation of their TOS.
