Snoozz Local helps you clear your tab bar without forgetting what matters. Snooze tabs and windows, then have them reopen automatically when you need them. Save an article for the weekend, set aside research until tomorrow, or schedule a page to return at a specific date and time. Snoozed tabs leave your tab bar, and their schedules stay stored locally in your browser. LOCAL STORAGE AND PRIVACY Snoozz Local stores tab URLs, titles, schedules, and settings locally in your browser. This version does not send usage analytics or synchronize your schedules with a cloud service. Scheduling works offline. Reopened websites may require an internet connection and may make their own network requests. HOW SNOOZING WORKS When you snooze a tab, the extension saves its URL and schedule, then closes it. At the scheduled time, it opens the URL in a new tab. If Chrome is fully closed or your computer is asleep, overdue tabs are handled when Chrome runs again and the extension can resume. Snoozz Local reopens saved URLs. It does not preserve a page’s live state, such as unsaved forms, video playback position, scroll position, or JavaScript state. Websites may require you to sign in again. Wake-up times depend on Chrome and your device being available; they are not precision alarms.
