While the info says you can resize it, you're actually adjusting your zoom level. In order to see the whole design you have to reduce to 65%.

Thought it was really cute, but hate that the link preview at the bottom of the screen is grey. You can't see the destination address.

i like it but how do i make it smaller

The dark background and stars in the toolbar area made it very difficult to see the text in the favorites bar and also the labels on the active tab.
