Ikiru turns every price you see online into something more honest: the amount of your life you'd trade for it. $60 sneakers? "1h 14m" of your time. $2,400 couch? "2 days, 2h" of your time. $8 lunch? "10m" of your time. It's the same number, just measured in the currency you actually can't get more of — hours. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Tell Ikiru what you make (annual salary, hourly wage, or take-home pay per paycheck). 2. Browse normally. Ikiru quietly replaces dollar amounts on shopping sites, news articles, anywhere — with the time equivalent in a small inline badge. 3. Hover any badge to see the original price and a longer breakdown. Math is done with your *post-tax, take-home* hourly rate, using 2025 U.S. federal brackets and standard deduction.
