Turn any web page into a shooting game: a stick figure shoots and destroys the page, then restores it.

Kartana turns any web page into a shooting game. Click the Kartana icon on a page and a stick figure drops in. Shoot headings, images, buttons and links and watch them break, explode and fall off the page. Waves of enemies arrive, and killing them drops health packs and new weapons, including a shotgun and a rocket launcher. Between waves the page scrolls on to a new area. Controls A / D move W jump (hold for a higher jump) S drop through platforms Mouse aim, hold the left button to shoot 1 / 2 / 3 switch weapon (weapons are earned from drops) R restore the page M mute ` switch Kartana on or off Everything is visual and temporary. Kartana only changes how the page looks while you play: press R or refresh and the page is back to normal. It runs only on the tab where you click the icon. It reads the page layout and your keyboard and mouse input locally, only to run the game. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere, and it makes no network requests.
