Blur Opposite Gender

Blurs women - or men - in YouTube videos, Shorts and thumbnails. Runs on your own computer; nothing is ever uploaded.

Blur Opposite Gender helps you lower your gaze while using YouTube. A person appears in a video before you can look away. This extension notices them the moment they appear and places a blur over them — so you are not relying on how fast you can react. WHERE IT WORKS • Videos you watch — only the person is blurred, and the blur follows them as they move. The rest of the video stays clear. • Shorts — including fast cuts between clips. • Thumbnails — video and Shorts covers in your feed, in search results and on the end screen are checked before you see them. YOU CHOOSE WHO IS BLURRED Women, men, or everyone. One tap in the settings, and it applies everywhere. Sisters can use it exactly as brothers do, with the other setting selected. COMPLETELY PRIVATE The AI model is included inside the extension and runs on your own computer. No video, image or screen is ever uploaded. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. We cannot see what you watch. IT DOES NOT SLOW YOUTUBE DOWN Detection runs in a separate background process, not on the YouTube page, and only while a video is visible and playing. It can also use your graphics card. Videos play normally and scrolling stays smooth. SETTINGS YOU CAN ADJUST • Who to blur: women, men or everyone • Where: videos, Shorts, thumbnails — each can be turned off • Blur strength and blur area • Sensitivity, if you want more or fewer blurs • Speed: save battery, normal, or smoothest HONEST NOTE No AI is perfect. This extension catches the large majority of cases and improves with every update, but it can occasionally miss someone or blur the wrong person. Treat it as a help, not a guarantee. Works in Chrome, Edge and Brave on Windows, Mac and Linux. Website: https://bluroppositegender.com Privacy policy: https://bluroppositegender.com/privacy Support: support@bluroppositegender.com
