Ao abrir um atendimento um painel lateral exibe: • Dados do contato (nome, telefone, e-mail, empresa) • Negócios mais recentes, com etapa e status • Botões para criar negócio, tarefa e nota, já vinculados ao contato ou ao negócio • Troca de etapa do negócio, com confirmação Tudo direto no Beeno, em tempo real.
