FolioPause

An independent, local review tool for Google Photos™. Swipe to mark or keep, then confirm before anything moves to Trash.

FolioPause adds a card-based review flow to Google Photos™, running entirely in your own browser. Swipe left to mark a photo for deletion, right to keep it. Nothing is deleted while you swipe. Marked photos collect in a review list, and only when you open that list and confirm does FolioPause move them — to Google's Trash, where they remain recoverable for 60 days. WHAT IT DOES - Swipe, or use the arrow keys, to sort through a large library quickly - Undo any decision, one at a time or all at once - A review reminder every 100 photos, plus a Review button that is always available - Scoreboard showing reviewed, kept, pending and moved-to-trash counts - Dry Run mode to rehearse the whole flow without touching anything - Export a JSON log of every deletion - Available in English, Turkish, German, Spanish and Italian PRIVACY No server, no analytics, no advertising, no account system, no API key. Your photos and your decisions never reach the developer. Decisions, settings and the deletion log are stored locally in your browser. Network traffic goes only to Google Photos and Google-hosted media endpoints, using the session you are already signed in to. PERMISSIONS FolioPause runs only on photos.google.com. IMPORTANT Google's official Photos Library API cannot list a whole library or move items to Trash, so FolioPause uses the same undocumented, same-origin interfaces the Google Photos website itself uses, from your own signed-in session. Google may change these without notice, and this use may conflict with Google's Terms of Service, which permit Google to suspend accounts for material breaches.
