SalesAI Connector is the official SalesAI CRM extension for connecting a WhatsApp number to the CRM when WhatsApp requires a passkey to confirm the sign-in. How it works: 1. Open SalesAI CRM → Settings → Communication Channels. 2. Click the “Passkey” button next to your number. 3. The extension opens WhatsApp Web — confirm the sign-in on your phone. 4. Done: the number is connected to the CRM and the WhatsApp Web window closes by itself. You don't type anything — no instance ID and no API token. They are stored only on the SalesAI server and never reach the browser. Security: • The extension runs only on web.whatsapp.com and on the SalesAI CRM site. • WhatsApp sign-in data is sent only to the SalesAI server via a one-time link and is not stored by us. • WhatsApp Web data is removed from the browser after the connection. • No ads, no analytics, no access to your browsing history. Requires a SalesAI CRM account (https://sales-ai.kz/) with permission to manage the company's communication channels.
