Capture work where it happens: save pages, leads, follow-ups, and reading items into your Kordox ventures.

Kordox Companion connects the pages you browse to the ventures you run in Kordox. Save a page to read later, attach it as a source to work that already exists, or turn it into a task — without losing where it came from. When a link is not enough, import the original file into a Kordox Doc. What you can do: • Save a page to Read Later, or capture it as a Doc or a follow-up. • Attach a source, a quote and your observations to an existing task, Doc, lead, customer or deal. • Create a task in the right venture, and review AI-suggested tasks before saving them. • Import an original file (up to 25 MB, within your workspace's storage quota) into a Doc. • Open a side panel with your work and research documents while you browse. • See each capture's status — saved, queued or failed — and retry from a local queue if you were offline. In Gmail, a banner on the open thread lets you create an assigned task, attach the email to existing work, save it as a readable Doc, or create a lead, with the message's attachments if you choose them. Saved emails keep a link back to the thread, and external images stay blocked until you ask for them. Import is a separate action from Save, Attach and Create task. Imported images and PDFs preview in Kordox; other originals can be downloaded. The extension does not perform OCR, text extraction or document conversion. A Kordox account and organization are required: sign in on app.kordox.com and the extension uses that session. Workspace permissions and plan limits apply. Chrome 116 or newer. Privacy: the extension reads the active page only when you use a capture action. The Gmail banner looks up the open thread's sender in Kordox; message content is saved only when you choose an action, and the banner can be turned off in Settings.
