Extension not working properly.

I get the circling icon to indicate it's working but then it just stops. I've rebooted my computer, shut down and reopened chrome and even re installed the extension.

not working today

I've had the extension for awhile but hadn't used it for a month or so. Worked beautifully yesterday and today I get the circling icon to indicate it's working but then it just stops. I've rebooted my computer, shut down and reopened chrome - anything else I can try?

The extension doesn't work after a day.

The extension worked just fine on the first day but the days after I cannot use it anymore.I can capture the image but the web for extracting text doesn't pop up .I am using win10.Hope to hear from you soon.
