ResaleOS – Migration Assistant

Move your own data out of your old consignment or cross-listing software and into ResaleOS, in one click.

Switching to ResaleOS from another consignment system? This gets your data across without a support ticket, a CSV wrangling session, or a week of waiting. Start the migration in ResaleOS, click once, and it moves your consignors, your inventory, your sales history, your payouts, your settings and your item photos into your new account — reading them from the system you're already signed into, in your own browser. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add the extension. 2. In ResaleOS, go to Migration and pick the system you're leaving. 3. Click Start export, and allow access to that one system when asked. 4. Leave the tab open. Progress shows in ResaleOS as records arrive. A big store's export can take a while. If you reload the tab or your machine sleeps, it picks up where it stopped instead of starting over. WHAT IT READS Only your own records, only from the one system you chose, and only while an export you started is running. Nothing is changed in your old system — the export only reads. It cannot see your other tabs, your browsing history, or your passwords. It has no analytics and no tracking of any kind. Your data goes to your own ResaleOS account and nowhere else. SUPPORTED SYSTEMS ConsignCloud, SimpleConsign, Ricochet, Vendoo and Rose (Consignor Connect). From Rose it brings every consignor with their balance and booth rent, your whole inventory, and your sales, payouts and charges month by month. From Vendoo it brings every item with its full photo gallery, the listing on each marketplace (with any marketplace-specific price or title), item specifics, labels and sold history — far more than Vendoo's own CSV export. Keep your old account active until you've checked your data in ResaleOS — some providers remove access (or charge to return it) once you cancel. Questions: support@resaleos.co
