Malwarebytes Browser Guard

Did weird things to my mouse. I would be dragging a window or trying to highlight something, and my mouse would inexplicably release, which was unbearably annoying. The problem stopped after I disabled this extension. Don't use this, if you use another adblocker and don't download sketchy files (or at least run them through VirusTotal first), you'll be fine.

Ever since I downloaded this, I have gotten tons of malware, pop-ups and am starting to think this is a scam/fraud. This happens now on sites I KNOW do not have malware or any pop-ups. I am uninstalling and do not use this, it is horrible.

Makes browser freeze

It doesn't work on porn sites anymore; I've never heard of a antivirus, ad blocker, or pop up blocker becoming woke. Its very odd direction the Devs decided to go in. I'll have to look for an alternative that isn't as biased and will just work on every site.

Dont like the ads for Premium plus VPN on main dashboard and over the place whit no option to remove it. The new version dont detect installed Web browser extension and that gives me zero confidance it will detect anything else.

Just installed it to get rid of some stupid undeletable extension, worked very well for that. Thank you Malwarebytes for making my day just a little less horrid!

Breaks a lot of websites, Makes browser freeze / hang / crash often.

Hmmm. Im having issues with Chrome I think. I'm an old guy but worked in Pro Systems for a major electronic's Corp. during the analoge to digital days. Thats my problem. I'm not sure what to allow from chrome because everything is going through it. I ordered this a few days ago and never got a download notice. I didnt receive a notice from Paypal either. I am an active user of Malwarebytes Browser Guard and I am experiencing an issue with the extension database update. After the initial installation, the extension still detects the old database. Some websites that should have been unblocked are still blocked. Therefore, I would like to propose an automatic update feature for the extension database.
