Xero voids Awaiting Payment sales invoices one at a time. After a bad import or an integration that went wrong, that means hundreds of clicks. Bulk Void does the whole batch in one run, in your own browser. How it works 1. Open Sales, Invoices, Awaiting Payment in Xero and tick the invoices you want gone. 2. Click Bulk Void. It saves a backup CSV of every selected invoice first. 3. Check the dry run. Invoices with payments applied are skipped and listed. 4. Type the count to confirm. Bulk Void opens each invoice in the same tab and voids it, one after another, in your logged-in Xero session. You don't click anything, and the red Stop button ends the run after the current invoice. It finishes with a report you can download. Built for an action you can't undo - Backup first: a run won't start until the CSV is saved. - Dry run: you see the full list before anything changes. - Stays in your browser: no Xero API connection and no analytics. Invoice data never leaves your computer; only the licence check reaches our licence server. - Stops when unsure: it stops at the first screen it doesn't recognise and tells you where.
