LoanSide subscribers prepare selected Zillow property details and photos in a Facebook Marketplace draft for manual review.

LOANSIDE ACCOUNT REQUIRED: Marketplace Turbo requires an active LoanSide subscription or 14-day trial. When a user signs in, the email and password entered are transmitted securely over HTTPS directly to LoanSide’s Supabase authentication service. The extension does not store the password. The resulting authentication session is stored locally in Chrome so the extension can verify subscription or trial access. Zillow listing data remains local and is not sent to LoanSide or Supabase. LoanSide Marketplace Turbo helps real estate professionals prepare a Facebook Marketplace housing draft from a user-selected Zillow property page. Open a Zillow home-details page, review the property information detected by the extension, choose your Marketplace defaults, and open Facebook. The extension prepares supported fields and transfers up to 50 photos associated with the current Zillow property ID. Data handling is part of this single purpose. When the user starts Turbo, the extension reads property details and photo URLs from the selected Zillow page, stores the current transfer and settings locally in Chrome, and places the selected information into the user’s Facebook Marketplace draft. It does not publish the draft, use analytics or advertising trackers, or transmit scraped listing information to LoanSide servers. Features: - Reads the current property’s price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, living-area square footage, description, property type, and available photos. - Verifies the Zillow property ID and clears the previously saved transfer before starting a new one. - Supports Marketplace housing options including sale/rent, property type, laundry, parking, air conditioning, and heating. - Supports optional reusable header and footer text around each property description. - Accepts a property started from the private LoanSide tracker and adds its searchable LS-##### reference to the description. - Opens Facebook Marketplace’s housing form and prepares the draft for review. - Attempts to clear photos restored from a previous Facebook draft before adding the current property’s photos. - Stores temporary listing information locally in the user’s Chrome profile. - Never clicks Facebook’s final Publish button. Users must verify the suggested location, listing accuracy, photo rights, fair-housing compliance, and platform requirements before publishing.
