How do I remove links from Nice Speed Dials?

I hover over the link, but no trash can appears. Right clicking does not reveal a delete link. Now my Nice Speed Dials page is overcrowded and the top links (the ones I use most) are unavailable because they are at the top of the page which I can't scroll up to. I like using this extension -- but please help.

Bookmarks Disappeared

This extension has been great, and I like it very much, but this morning when I opened my browser, all of the bookmarks were gone and there was just the one square for adding new dials. They are still stored in my bookmarks, but they disappeared from my homepage, which is the Nice Speed Dials.
