Open the side panel, tap record, and run your meeting — when you stop, meaty.me delivers clean AI notes, a full speaker-separated transcript, and your action items, saved to your account and synced with the meaty.me app on your phone. No bot joins your call. No participant sees an extra guest. It's just you, recording on your side. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pin the extension and click the meaty icon — the recorder opens in Chrome's side panel, next to your meeting, never over it. 2. Pick what to record: • mic — your microphone: you and the meetings in the room. • mic + tab — your voice plus the browser activity, (Zoom Web, Teams in the browser). • tab only — just the tab's audio 3. Tap record. When you stop, processing starts immediately — title, summary, action items, and full transcript appear in the panel. Recording always starts with your live recording indicator on captured tabs the whole time. BUILT FOR REAL MEETINGS • The recording survives everything — close the side panel, switch tabs, keep browsing: capture continues safely in the background. • Offline-safe — lose your connection mid-meeting and the recording is kept locally, then uploaded when you're back online.
