POST EXPORTER FOR CSV AND MEDIA DOWNLOADS IG Post Exporter helps researchers, creators, social media teams and analysts export Instagram posts to CSV from a focused browser workspace. Enter an Instagram username or open the extension while viewing a profile, choose your export settings, and collect the posts you are authorized to access with your existing Instagram session. EXPORT POST DATA TO CSV Create a structured UTF-8 CSV file containing useful post data for research, content audits, reporting and archive workflows. Exported fields include: - Profile username - Post type: photo, video or carousel - Caption text - Post URL and shortcode - Thumbnail and media URLs - Like and comment counts returned by the platform - Publication date - Number of media assets in each post The result table includes search, format filters, row selection and pagination with 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page. Download every collected result or export only selected posts. DOWNLOAD PHOTOS AND VIDEOS Use the browser download manager to save media from individual posts or selected rows. The extension supports photos, videos and multi-item carousel posts. Downloads begin only after a user action, and files are saved through the browser's normal download workflow. CONTROL LARGE EXPORTS Collect a fixed number of posts or choose all available posts. Pause, continue, stop or retry the export while keeping the results already collected. Select a request speed from Fast, Balanced, Steady, Safe or Conservative. Slower request intervals can reduce pressure on the service during large exports. LOCAL, TRANSPARENT WORKFLOW IG Post Exporter has no separate product account, payment screen, analytics service or developer-operated data server. Export settings and the last username are stored in browser local storage. Collected post data stays in the active export page until it is closed, and generated CSV or media files remain under the user's control. The extension reads the existing session's CSRF cookie and makes HTTPS requests directly to Instagram and its media delivery domains. It does not display or send the cookie to the developer. An active session is required, and the service may limit requests or change its private web interfaces. IMPORTANT Use this post exporter only for profiles and content you are authorized to access.
