Cancel Subscription

How do you cancel a subscription? I have been billed the past 2 months for this and cannot get a response from the developer to remove the subscription? This is a joke to not have a way to remove subscriptions. How do I stop getting billed for this?

no puedo descargar el excel

hace 2 dias realice una exportacion a excel descargando la lista de seguidos perfectamente, el dia de hoy intente hacerlo nuevamente y no me da opcion para descargar el excel, hago click y no hace nada, ademas me encuentro bloqueado por la pagina cuando ingreso en el apartado premium
