Unofficial IFS Cloud helper for layout mapping, permission checks, access diagnostics, and repeatable action replay.

IFS Tools is an unofficial Chrome extension for IFS Cloud users who need practical tools for layout mapping, permission checks, access troubleshooting, and repeatable action replay. Main features: Layout Mapping Mark fields, tabs, and page areas directly in IFS Cloud, add visible numbering to selected items, adjust marker number size, keep a local mapping log, and export the mapping to Excel. User Roles Collect page-relevant projection grants, compare them with the current user's permission sets, check users with matching access, and identify Projection Action Grants or Entity Action Grants that are explicitly set to Granted = No. Access Denied Diagnostics Capture the latest Access Denied context, suspected API call, HTTP status, projection, action, and possible permission location to help investigate missing access or action grants. Key Repeater Record repeatable IFS actions, edit replay data, import/export recordings, import Excel data for looped replay values, run selected recordings in a chosen order, and replay API-based recordings where possible. Replay data can use fixed values, increments, templates, or Excel rows. Local Data Handling All data is stored locally in the user's browser using Chrome extension storage. Exported Excel files and recording files are created locally only when the user chooses to export or import data. This extension is not an official IFS extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained by IFS.
