Open an iframe in a new tab or window

Adds a context menu to iframes to enable them to be opened in either a popup window or tab. The window popup is designed for pdf's primarily and will pop offset right and narrower than a standard window.

This can be used together with google translate. Usually google translate does not translate content from iframes. So you can open iFrame in new tab and then translate the content in this new tab

open in new tab works i looked at the code and it doesn't do anything sus however, open in new window didn't work
