PopUpOFF - Popup and overlay blocker

finally...some peace and quiet

It did almost everything I needed. Unfortunately a lot of the hockey sites I try to go to have invisible overlays that redirect you to a sales URL and I couldn't figure out how to get this extension to recognize them. I finally found something that takes care of that as well so that is why I uninstalled this extension. Other than that, this extension worked really well removing visible overlays and pop-ups.

Great extension! There was a very annoying popup of a website which couldn't block by 2 major ad blockers. But surprisingly the PopUpOFF blocked it nicely! Thanks guys! :)

This is the best developed extension or software for that matter that I have ever tried. The setup process is out of this world, with just the right amount of information provided in a very clear and easy to read and understand method. Very useful extension and remarkable how only a few clever devs like this guy thought of creating something like this to eliminate the terrible web popups. The few things I found annoying were that its own popup to reload the page appears too quickly out of nowhere and disappears before we can even click it - this is super annoying. Also sometimes the extension breaks when Chrome updates.

Amazing app, really helpful to have different levels of blocking!
