)Overview
Transport, document, unlock and mass-undeploy SAP Integration Suite iFlows across packages and tenants.
iFlow Transport Assistant is a productivity extension for SAP Integration Suite developers. It simplifies common iFlow transport, synchronization, navigation, documentation, lock management and runtime administration activities directly from the SAP Integration Suite browser session. The extension reduces repetitive manual tasks such as downloading iFlow ZIP files, transforming technical IDs, uploading artifacts to another package or tenant, checking transport results, releasing design-time locks, undeploying multiple iFlows and preparing technical documentation. Key Features • Same-Tenant Transport Create or update iFlows between packages within the same SAP Integration Suite tenant. • Single & Package Transport Transport an individual iFlow or process multiple iFlows from a package in one operation. • Cross-Tenant Transport Transfer iFlows between SAP Integration Suite tenants using active authenticated browser sessions. • Technical ID Transformation Add or remove environment-specific suffixes such as _DEV, _QA or _TEST during transport. • Automatic Package Handling Detect whether the target package exists and create it when required. • Create or Update Detection Automatically determine whether the target iFlow should be created or an existing iFlow updated. • Dry-Run / Preflight Validation Review the planned transport action before making any changes. • Preserve Target Configuration Retain environment-specific externalized parameter values when updating an existing target iFlow. • Preserve iFlow Resources Preserve scripts, mappings, JAR files and other iFlow resources during transport. • Package and iFlow Unlock Review and release package-level design-time locks or the lock belonging to the currently opened iFlow. Confirmation is required before a lock is released. • Mass Undeploy Select and undeploy multiple runtime iFlows from a specific package or across the current tenant. Design-time artifacts are not deleted. • Favorites Mark frequently used iFlows as favorites and quickly open or transport them later. Favorites are maintained separately for each tenant. • Integration Content Export Export Integration Content information to Excel, including package, iFlow, version, deployment, runtime and tenant details. • iFlow Documentation Analyze the currently opened iFlow and generate an editable technical-specification document using the bundled standard template or a compatible custom DOCX template. • Documentation Profiles and Branding Save reusable documentation values and branding assets locally for future technical-specification documents. • Recent Operations Review recent Same-Tenant and Cross-Tenant transport activities directly within the extension. • Light & Dark Themes Use the interface in the theme that best fits your SAP Integration Suite workspace. • Floating Assistant Control Quickly access the assistant from SAP Integration Suite pages. The floating control can be moved, reset or hidden when required. Authentication & Security iFlow Transport Assistant uses the user’s existing authenticated SAP Integration Suite browser session. It does not require users to enter SAP passwords, OAuth client secrets or service-key credentials. The extension does not store SAP session cookies or CSRF tokens. Preferences, favorites, recent-operation history and documentation profiles are stored locally in the browser. Transport operations work with design-time content and do not automatically deploy transported iFlows. Mass Undeploy stops selected runtime deployments without deleting the corresponding design-time artifacts. Unlock actions require explicit confirmation before releasing design-time locks. Typical Use Cases A single SAP Integration Suite tenant may contain separate DEV and QA packages. Developers can maintain an iFlow in the DEV package and synchronize changes to the QA package while applying the required technical-ID suffix and retaining QA-specific externalized configuration. The same transport workflow can be used across different SAP Integration Suite tenants when both tenants are open and authenticated in Chrome. Developers and administrators can also release stale design-time locks, undeploy multiple runtime iFlows and export deployed Integration Content details without manually processing each item separately. Disclaimer iFlow Transport Assistant is an independent productivity tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by SAP.
