Zicelo - AI meeting notes
Overview
Online meeting notes without a bot: transcription, summary, and tasks, right from your browser.
Zicelo takes notes from your online meetings without sending a bot to the call. You start recording from the extension icon, and at the end receive the summary, decisions, and tasks. How it works • You open the video meeting in the browser, on the platform you already use. • Click the Zicelo icon and “Record meeting from tab.” Optionally, record your microphone to capture what you say. • Audio transcribes in chunks during the meeting. • When you stop, Zicelo writes the notes: summary, discussion points, decisions, tasks with owner and deadline, open questions. • Notes save to your web Zicelo account where you can search, share, or send to Slack, Notion, and other apps. Why no bot • Nobody sees an extra participant in the meeting. • Works even in meetings where bots are not allowed. • You decide when to start and stop recording. Privacy • The audio is sent through an encrypted connection for transcription and is not stored on the server. • The extension does not read the content of the pages you visit; it only uses the tab address to recognize a meeting. • Let the other participants know you're taking notes. Languages Transcription in over 20 languages, with automatic detection of the spoken language. Notes can be written in the meeting's language or another language. You need a free Zicelo account (log in with a code sent to your email). More at zicelo.com.
