Signal — Community Intelligence

Finds high-intent local service leads in Facebook Groups and Nextdoor posts you can already see, scores them, and alerts you.

Stop scrolling community groups for work. Signal watches the Facebook Groups and Nextdoor feeds you already belong to, spots neighbors who need a service you offer, and alerts you to the leads worth answering. Built for contractors and local home service businesses. HOW IT WORKS • Tell Signal about your business: your trade, the services you offer, your service area and your competitors. • Signal builds your monitoring setup automatically. It catches direct requests like "Can anyone recommend a plumber?" and also people describing a problem without naming a trade, like "Water is coming through my ceiling." • Every post gets scored for buying intent, urgency, service fit, location and freshness. • Hot Leads trigger a desktop notification. Weaker matches wait in a Review queue. Noise is filtered out. CUTS THE NOISE • Filters out other contractors promoting themselves. • Skips posts that say the problem is already solved. • Never alerts you twice about the same post. • Learns from your feedback. Mark a lead as a miss and similar posts get scored lower going forward. AUTOMATED GROUP MONITORING Add the Facebook Groups you belong to under Monitored Communities. Signal checks them on a schedule you set, one group at a time, and only looks at posts that are new since its last check. You can pause it, change the frequency or scan on demand. ACTION CENTER Your home screen shows today's best opportunities. It also tracks each lead's status and flags mentions of your business and your competitors. A Generate Response button drafts a reply you can edit and copy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Reads only posts your own logged-in account can already see. It never accesses groups you haven't joined. • Never posts, comments, messages or contacts anyone for you. Every reply is yours to send. • Never logs in for you and never stores your password. • All of your data stays in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers or anyone else's.
