Overview

Save your Claude Cowork sessions as dated text files in your Downloads. Free: list them all, bring 3 home. Key: bring all.

One button brings your Cowork sessions home from Anthropic's servers. Said plainly, before you buy: - Your account. Cowork Home reads your own Cowork sessions from claude.ai with your own sign-in, through an address Anthropic does not document or offer. Anthropic's terms forbid reaching their service by "automated or non-human means" unless they allow it, and they can close accounts without notice. We cannot promise they will never act on an account that uses this. If your Claude account matters more to you than these files, don't use it. - What comes home: the words of every turn, with times. Not the files Claude made. Tool steps come home as notes (each tool's name and what it was given, and the first 500 characters of what it gave back), and pictures only when claude.ai hands their bytes over inside the session; neither has been tried on a real account yet. - Which sessions: the ones kept in your Claude account -- the ones you can open from claude.ai or another device. Sessions that only ever ran in the desktop app may live only on that computer (the free cowork-export script reads that copy). Press LIST first: it is free and shows exactly what is there. - When you're done, you can remove the extension. Your files stay. While installed it can reach your claude.ai account; it only does so when you press a button. Claude's data export gives you your chats and leaves your Cowork sessions out -- the work sessions where Claude worked in your folders, built files and ran tasks. The ones kept in your account still exist on Anthropic's servers, behind a door that opens only from a browser signed in as you. Cowork Home by AURiX opens it for you, from your own browser, and saves every session as a dated, readable text file, all in one zip in your own Downloads folder. FREE - Checks you are signed in to claude.ai. - Lists every Cowork session kept in your account, with its title and date, so you can see what is there. - Brings 3 sessions home, so you can see exactly what you get. $19 ONCE - Buy a license key on Gumroad (link inside the extension), paste it in once, and every session comes home. - One text file per session, the words of every turn with its time, plus 00_LEDGER.txt listing every file with its SHA-256 and the totals. A very large account comes home as several zips, each under 150 MB. DONE FOR YOU, $200 - Would rather install nothing? onwardai.ai/store#recovery WHAT IT HANDLES, AND WHERE IT GOES - On your computer only: your claude.ai sign-in (the browser's own cookie, which the browser attaches to the extension's requests to claude.ai; the extension never reads or copies it) and the text of your Cowork sessions. - Sent: requests for your own sessions, to claude.ai; your license key and the product id, to Gumroad, to check the key (Gumroad also sees your internet address). Nothing else, to no one else. AURiX receives nothing. - Your files go to your Downloads folder. Your browser keeps a download history of each zip until you clear it. SAID PLAINLY - The door it uses is claude.ai's own, but it is unofficial: undocumented, no menu offers it, and it may close any day. When it does, the button stops and says so. - It never reads or changes the page you are on, and it fetches nothing but your own sessions. - The only tool we found that pulls from the server; four tools checked on 2026-10-30. (Enterprise admins can also get server copies through Anthropic's own Compliance API.) - Made by AURiX. Not made by, or connected with, Anthropic. Claude and Cowork are Anthropic's names. © 2026 TruthKeeper IP Holdings LLC · AURiX Guide: https://onwardai.ai/export-your-cowork-sessions Privacy: https://onwardai.ai/cowork-home-privacy
