I have using the Talent booster for an year now. Its the only tool I have found which can really save time of a recruiter. As a recruiter I can assign a candidate directly from Naurki and LinkedIn to the iClickats directly. It avoid the duplicate then and their without having to waste any second of the recruiter. It is a must have tool for every recruiter out there.

It has been over 2 months since I started using the talent booster for recruitment, and it is the most efficient tool for recruitment of any kind. It can be added as an extention onto my chrome. Just one click and all the data of a LinkedIn profile or Naukri can be saved and utilised whenever. A real time saver. It also help me save the details of messages exchanged among various candidates to keep a tab on who was contacted and when.

I am using Talent Booster from over a month and I must say it is the best application as it is data driven ,it doesn't require any space in the system(just extension is fine),it is fast and analysing. It is helpful, saves from a lot of confusion. But the only thing it needs to be updated with is sometimes there are duplications and rest is all fine.
